Justin’s love of Charleston began during his formative years, as he and his family would travel here often to visit the coast and enjoy the historic city. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, he began his real estate career in 1996 following his graduation from Roanoke College. After two successful years of selling real estate in the Roanoke Valley, Justin decided to make the move to Charleston and began a career in marketing and advertising. It wasn’t long before he found himself back in real estate; it’s just in his blood.

Justin enjoys the energy of living and working in historic Charleston. He has participated in purchasing and restoring two 19th Century homes in the historic district, where he currently resides. When not selling real estate, Justin can be found running the streets of downtown in the early morning hours, enjoying Charleston’s vibrant food scene, or spending time with friends at one of the near-by beaches.

Justin successfully assisted us with the sale of a residence South of Broad in a very tough real estate environment. He was very responsive throughout the process and “politely” aggressive where needed. Justin did a good job marketing the property and assisted us in pricing the property reflective of the market, but within our expectations. While we unfortunately had limited interest in the property, Justin was able to focus in on the most likely purchaser and brought us an acceptable contract in a fairly short time period. He then carried through to closing, paying attention to detail and helping us to resolve all outstanding issues with the buyer, resulting in a successful closing. Justin is very professional, realistic and attentive. We highly recommend his services.
